How do I properly unistall a program when it doesn't appear in "ALL PROGRAMS"

or "ADD or REMOVE PROGRAMS"?

It depends. Some will have an unistaller in the folder in which it is placed into under

C:\Program Files

Other may have it in the Start --> Programs Menu

 

Malicious software will often NOT have an uninstaller or will have an uninstaller that makes

you think the program was uninstalled but really wasn't.

 

What program are you talking about ?
