help with laptop

hi folks. I cannot access btyahoo on my laptop- i get"diagnose problems" instead which does not diagnose any of course!i cannot get hotmail access. I cannot get my email via outlook express cos I cannot remember my password from my pc. Hence I cannot forward my macaffee anitivirus to use download on that since cannot forward it to an address on my old laptop to safe guard the laptop. Any help offered please?

 

I am on wireless braodband for laptop if of any use! Thanks for any help!! Eileen xx

Is that one of those USB dongles, if so who is the ISP that supplied it?

 

Can you get on the Internet to browse?

Althoug we don't usually deal with password issues this one I'm going to allow based on information known only to me and the staff. Of course Tootech you know better than anyone the line to draw. I trust you completely on all matters.
