Network Service Account Permissions on W2K Folder?

Is there a way to assign permissions to a W2K3 Network Service account on a

remote folder located on a W2K server?

 

W2K server does not appear to recognize the Network Service account when

W2K3 SSIS package script tries to access remote folder on a W2K server.

Package is running under Network Service account because it is input to an

SSRS report running from a W2K3 Report Manager.

Grant permissions to the Computer Account on which the NT AUTHORITY\Network

Service is running

What is the syntax for giving permissions to a Computer Account? How do I

identify the computer account if using the Properties/Security tab in windows

explorer?
