Minor icon irritation

This is a very minor problem but Im curious why my IE 7 icon is the unknown

applicaton icon. Then one at top of start menu. sometimes it shows the EI

icon and sometimes it shows the little window icon like it doesn't know what

file type it is.

 

I tried the remove from list function then put it back but no change.
