Error on friend's computer while trying to uninstall Intel Applica

The computer reboots in the middle of the uninstallation and the blue screen

pops up on restart with the following

 

driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

 

stop 0x000000d1 (0x10000a04, 0x00000050, 0x00000000, 0xf753bd6f)

 

idechndr.sys- adress f753bdf6f base at f7537000 date stamp 3d99eac

 

beginning of dump physical memory

physical memory dump complete

 

it seems like it's something to do with the sys32 driver but not sure.

 

we have tried using safe mode to uninstall but it keeps shutting down and

rebooting. nothing is working...what can we do to stop this.

also you can do a google search for a windows stop error just specify which

error it was, byt using the following terms

Windows stop error xxxxxxxxx =(whatever the number stop error is)
