How to delete a downloaded but uninstalled update?

I have an updated driver for my video card that was downloaded as part of the

microsoft update process. After installing the updated driver it conflicted

with the latest driver from ATI. I did a system restore and all is well

again except when I check for microsoft updates it says the update is

downloaded an ready for installation. I realize I could tell update to not

show this update but it is 20mb's and I'd like to remove it from my HD. How

can I delete the donloaded but uninstalled update?

Asked/Answered in Windows Update newsgroup.

If you must make identical posts to multiple newsgroups, please cross-post

one (1) message to all of them. Thank you.

I'm not 100% sure, but I do know you should *never* download drivers/driver

updates from MS. Always get your drivers from the hardware manufacturer.
