Migration DC's and Exchange

Hey Everyone,

 

We have purchased 3 high end servers with a SAN and plan to virtualize our

existing server infrastructure. We also plan to migrate from Exchange 2003 to

Exchange 2007.

 

Is is best to migrate the two Windows 2003 R2 DC's first to the virtual

environment or migrate exchange 2003 to 2007 first then do the DC's after?

Exchange 2007 will be hosted in a virtual environment as well.

 

Any advice or reference materials would be great.
