Guest Daniel Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Hi guys, i have a request from a colleague who ask for an email account to be created in order for that it to just send to 2 dedicated person on the address book. I was wondering if this is possible on Exchange or maybe can configure on the client itself. Please assist and appreciate your kindness in answering. Thank you.

Nothing you can do in Outlook, AFAIK....and in Exchange, although you can certainly prevent a user from sending or receiving Internet mail, but you can't restrict the recipients to specific internal users. Try posting future Exchange questions in microsoft.public.exchange.admin, and remember that server newsgroups handle all versions, so it's critical that you include your versions & SP levels of everything..
