Space Probs!

Hello,

 

My PC says I have 27.8 GB space on my C drive. No matter how much I delete things from my hard drive and de-frag etc I can't seem to increase the space!!!

 

This is a recent problem before I had lots of space and seem to have the same stuff or maybe less on my PC!

 

Any ideas please??

explore your hard drive,,find where the most of the files are stored,using the right click and properties,,to tell you the file sizes..you will then be able to track down where the big files are stored,

this can be a lenghty boring process but works, i say lengthy 10 mins,tedious is probably the correct word.

Use a tool called WinDirStat to graphically view your hard drive space and identify what is taking it all up.
