explorer.exe issue

Hello,

I am running 2K3 server and Citrix presentation server over it.

 

I have one user who, for reason I cannot find, will have massive spikes in

server side CPU/RAM utilization from explorer.exe. Explorer's resource usage

goes to 25-35% of CPU and 40+ mb of RAM, when hardly anything is open. Only

way to clear it is to cancell her connection, which at times causes profile

corruption. There is no corresponding event in the event viewer either. All

users normal usage for explorer is 0-2% and 10-12mb, and at this point in

time, this seems to be attached to one user.

 

Any idea on what I missed?
