Anti-Spyware program attack

To day my computer has this type of desktop. It reads :-Warning. Spyware

has been detected in your computer etc.. also the security

warnings are coming at every few minutes. I think this type of interference

is done by an anti-spyware software itself. How can I remove all these

things without buying that software? Any changes in the registry settings

will correct this?

Thanking you in anticipation

The warning is coming from the malware. Because you didn't tell us the name

of the program the malware is trying to trick you into buying I can't give

you exact removal instructions. It could be a variant of Smitfraud, Zlob,

or Vundo.

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Include scanning with David Lipman's Multi_AV and follow instructions to do

all scans in Safe Mode.

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Multi-AV - instructions

http://www.pctipp.ch/downloads/sicherheit/35905/multi_av_scanning_tool.html

- download site

The site is in German but David's tool is in English so don't let that worry

you. Scroll all the way down to almost the bottom of the page and you'll

see a box titled "Infos Zum Download - Multi-AV Scanning Tool". You'll see

"Download von www pctipp.ch" and the live link to download Multi_AV.

You can also check to see if there are targeted removal steps for your

malware here:

Bleeping Computer removal how-to's -

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum55.html

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the

specialty forums listed at the first link above (not here, please).

Standard disclaimer: I can't see and test your computer myself, so these are

just suggestions based on many years of being a professional computer tech;

suggestions based on what you've written. You should not take my

suggestions as a definitive diagnosis. If you can't do the work yourself

(and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea), take the

machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent

of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Please be aware that not all local shops

are skilled at removing malware and even if they are, your computer may be

so infested that Windows will need to be clean-installed. If possible, have

all your data backed up before you take the machine into a shop.

The link is for Spybot Search & Destroy.

Download, install, update, and immunize your System.

Reboot, tap F8, and go into Safe Mode.

Scan and remove spyware, including the "bogus" fix that keeps popping up.

It is spyware itself, trying to get you to install more spyware.

Hosted on a site that the author pc butts has filled with filth and

porn. Most people never trust a site like his because of his filth that

he's created.

You would be best to look other places for a reputable solution.
