Having trouble trying to duplicate the MagicEightball WCF sample

I am trying to learn how to do WCF, and so I am using the VB.NET 2008 version of the samples as an example.* I choose the application MagicEightball to learn from.* I am translating it to C# so that I can "go through the steps", so to speak.

 

There is one line of code, in the VB example, which I do not get.* That line is:

 

Dim svc As New Microsoft.ServiceReference.Samples.MagicEightballServiceClient

 

Where does the "Microsoft.ServiceReference.Samples" come from???* And why, from within the client app, would you reference MagicEightballServiceClient?* Why not reference MagicEightballService instead?
