Set Win Explorer to show My Computer expanded?

When I open Windows Explorer it has My Documents expanded.

Can I set it to have My Computer expanded instead, so as to show my drives

on opening?

Yes, you have to modify the shortcut properties of Explorer.Exe.

An example would be:

C:\Windows\Explorer.Exe /N, /E,

Right click the shortcut you use to launch Windows Explorer.

Click on the Shortcut tab.

Enter the following in the Target box.

 

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,

 

Click OK.
