SP3 RC2

I just saw that the RC2 download DOES now show up in the "Show beta

software".

If you have attempted the download, please make sure to remove it before the

final release comes out. This will ensure the registry values are in

"pre-download" status.

Re: SP3 RC2

Hold that thought. Some folks in TechBeta are encountering driver issues

after uninstalling 33xx builds in preparation for installing the latest

build. Better the OP uses the SP3 forum right now before following advice

here on uninstallation and reinstallation because when a later build or rtm

appears he may have this issue.

Re: SP3 RC2

I was using my own experience with the installation and removal of SP3 RC2.

Sorry for the generalization it implied.

PA Bear, I see you're making your usual highly intelligent responses.

Correcting errors in the installation occurs for some people for all OS

downloads, not just betas.

There are examples of this scattered throughout posts to this forum!

We'll all probably manage to live through this "crisis!"

We've done it many times before!

Re: SP3 RC2

No criticism implied. The issue just showed up in the last few days and one

wouldn't expect an uninstall to do something like that anyway.
