Printer headache from Vista or HP?

Having headache with printing. Trying to print from web page but documents folder opens every time I click print button. No problems with email, Office or Word, etc. ONLY from web pages. After closing documents folder, a dialogue box says "AN UN KNOWN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE PRINTING". Checked print settings and "PRINT TO FILE" box is unchecked. Any ideas? Thanks very much! (HP C5280 All-In-One). Tried deleting and reinstalling printer and drivers. No help. Edited December 20, 2009 by anjoed

Have you checked to see if you have the latest software and drivers?

Hi, which browser are you using? Internet explorer or Firefox, or other? It may be a setting in the browser rather than the printer.
