Is this possible? I have Windows XP Pro and have a bootable 1GB USB

2.9 flash drive that I have all my DOS-based utilitits on, and I

wanted to knowe if it's possible to install the Windows XP Recovery

Console on a flash drive and have my PC boot into that instead of

using the XP setup CD.

Search google for bootable flash drives. There are articles on how to do

this. Also look into Bart PE stuff, that works, I made a cd but have

never had to use it except for test. Unfortunately my bios won't boot a

thumb drive.
