NERO problem. Plz help me

Hi Guys

 

I am trying to burn some stuff and I cant :S I tried to update the firmware

of the drive, replace the media type, install on another PC but still this

problem pops-up (see attached)

 

It sometimes manages to burn without problems but 95% of the time it fails.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

havent tried that to be honest...

 

but the funny thing is that i used to work fine like this! i mean it

happened all at once..

Try burning a disc at 4x and lets take it from there.

Also is your HD good enough to sustain 16MB/s? Try stopping everything else

and then burning a disc.. But in all likelihood your dvd burner has gone

kaput.

The laser lense(s) may be dirty. Run a disc drive cleaner (not a disc

cleaner)...it can work wonders.

The problem may not be the software as you are able to burn sometimes. It is

more likely that you either have crappy media or a dirty drive. First try

cleaning the drive by either inserting a standard CD cleaning disc (the kind

used for stereos) or blow blasts of compressed air into the drive when the

drive tray is open.

In my case when I try to burn a video dvd my computer shutdown, I tried

already uninstall the program and intall it again and nothing the same thing

come to happen again
