Comcast Cheats Network Neutrality

I hit C9 about 5 minutes ago, and noticed that it was running very, very slow.* I tested a few other sites, and again, all surfing was running at a snails pace.

 

But.

 

I hit http://www.numion.com/YourSpeed3/*and didn't even get around to testing the speed, because as soon as I hit that site, suddenly, my surfing speed was back up to normal.

 

This is yet another reason why these jokers need to be forced into network neutrality.* They will offer up shiite speeds unless someone actually tests it out.
