Excel 2007 (XLSX) Control Panel File Types

I have installed Excel 2007 and it is very slow to open the files from

outside the Application by double clicking for example on the Desktop and to

solve the slow issue I have searched and found solution to go to

 

Control Panel>File Extension>File Types>Advance>Edit (Open)>DDE Message

 

And I don't know what I have changed because after existing I faced problem

in opening Excel 2007 .XLSX only with error message.

 

 

Would like to know how I can correct the File Type setting for XLSX under

Folder Option.
