Speech Recognition not working in IE

Hi Everybody,I have Office XP Pro 2003 version of spech recognition I go in

Internet Explorer and try and use speech recognition the only thing that

happens is a little graph window appears is the upper lefthand corner of the

screen when I using Dictation and disappears when I don't talk.Its like the

speech application is being blocked by something I know it works on another

computer I have.I'm thinking that maybe Norton Anti-virus is doing this or

maybe spy sweeper.Does anybody have any suggestions?? Thanks,AKRR
