Learning from MSDN docs.

I was wondering if you guys can simply look up an Interface or a class and implement it, by just using the resources on MSDN. I've recently read about UI Virtualization, so I tried implementing the interface IScrollInfo, and frankly, the MSDN docs are alien to me.

I've found a great tutorial by BenCon, on his blog, on how to implement the IScrollInfo interface, but as I was reading through it, I was wondering how he would know how to do it, if he didn't have access to the developers who created the framework. Well, I'm not sure if he did or didn't but he seems to work for Microsoft, so I assume he would have inside info on how to.

So let me reiterate. Can YOU look at the IScrollInfo interface specs and implement it without any inside knowledge?
