install win2k3 sp2 lost "help and support" service

Hi there,

just applied win2k3 SP2 on a DC (which holds all FSMOs).

Right after that, it is noticed that the "Help and Support" service

disappeared from services list and therefore can not be started.

Can anyone guide me how to fix it?

Works also on normal 2003 server, did it myself more often until now:

Does it require a reboot?
