wilro55ert Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 My daughter has a Fujitsu_Siemens Amilo LI2735 laptop using windows Vista and Centrino chip .This laptop is 18 months old . When loading the icons and windows appear to load but on clicking an icon nothing happerns . I have rebooted in safe mode and a scan check came up which I ran , but still the same . The only thing added by PC World 6 monthes ago was more memory . We dont have a restore discs , is there anything i cane do . Quote
KenB Posted January 2, 2010 Posted January 2, 2010 Hi and welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help If you can boot up .....click on Start ( bottom left of screen ) Type in .....system restore.......ENTER check "Choose a different restore point" > Next Select a date that is prior to your problem starting. The system will be restored to the settings etc on that specific date. You will not lose any files or data - you may have to reinstall any updates / software installed after the selected date.
