Logging user sessions

Recommended Posts

I would like to log what IP users are connecting from and what resources were

accessed during a session. I have not been able to find anything except

directory services logging which is not specific enough for my needs. Any

help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Logging user sessions

They IP number can be found in the security EventLog.

You could also use a freeware utility called GETTSCIP, call it from

the user's logon script and redirect the output to a logfile.

If you want to monitor exactly what each user has been doing inside

the sessions, you will need 3rd party software.

Citrix Resource Manager creates reports on resource usage, RecordTS

record everything your users are doing on your Terminal Servers.
