After installing IE7, addins don't work without Admin Privileges

I have installed IE7 on 50 computers. On some, a program called AVR Studio

does not function correctly with "Power User" security, but work with

"Administrator" security. I am also having problems with Autodesk Inventor

11 Addins.

 

I installed several security fixes and IE7. Everything was working fine

before this. Multiple users are having problems with each program!

 

I have tried reinstalling AVR Studio and IE7, but I still have the problem.

 

Users are running Windows XP, sp2, with "Power User" security.

 

Please Help!!!
