Hello,i hope i put this in the right section

hi guys i kinda only know a little about computers , i have a laptop i was watching a film then it turned off. when i turn it on now it comes up with.... start windows or launch startup repair reccomended. so i choose startup repair then it says loading files. then it says windows cannot repair this computer automaticly

if you have recently attached a device to this computer such as a camera or a portable music player remove it and restart your computer.if you continue to see this message contact your system administrator or computer manufactuer for assistance

at the bottom it says

view diagnostic and repair details

view advanced options for system recovery and support

ive clicked on both but just more stuff to read

i tried starting in safe mode and last good point but still no luck any ideas anyone ?
