Hi, recently I downloaded Photoshop (trial version from adobe, 64-bit), with the .dds plug-in. I placed the plug-in, directly into the C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop/Plug-Ins/File Formats.

It's weird because, I can physically see the dds.8bi in the folder. However, There is another folder at the top, called Plug-Ins (another one called Presets), which also has the dds.8bi in it. I'm a bit confused at the moment, as I seem to have followed tutorials, guides and nothing works.

Thanks in advance

Are you having trouble installing or trouble using?

I'm having trouble using the plug-in. I've installed it, but I can't use it. But I have recently discovered that you can't use the Nvidia dds plugin with a 64 bit version of Photoshop CS4. Any suggestions on what I should do?
