graham davies Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 I keep getting a message saying " root element missing", so my book keeping program won't open. The program support team tell me it's something on my pc thats beem changed recently? I'm on wondows xp home and my pc is a hp pavilion. Can anyone please help? thanks graham Quote

Exact details of your support so far and model number of your Pavillion. Also did the program ever work? And when do you get the error? etc. Short of any more information all I can guess to try is a complete uninstall and reinstall of the unknown program. Quote We are all members helping other members.
