Prevent users from installing print drivers

Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 - How can you prevent users from

automatically installing print drivers. I have enabled the policy on each

server 'Devices: Prevent users from installing printer drivers' in the local

security policy, but this doesn't seem to have any effect. Users can still

connect with a new printer and the driver for it will load?? Any ideas
