Re: Mailbox Quota

It sounds like you sent a message to someone whos mailbox was full and it

could not accept anymore.

Then the person did some cleaning up of their mailbox. After that, when you

sent a message, the message went through OK.

I read that three times...

Can you rephrase the question?

I really do not understand the, "... but there is once I only rx the same

msg days later ..." part.

Re: Mailbox Quota

Your phrasing is difficult to understand but it sounds like your "Sent"

message is occupying enough space to exceed your Exchange mailbox quota.

If you have a network administrator or company help desk, contact them

for assistance.

No, it's chatspeak.

I'm not sure it even qualifies for that low-grade writing style. Even

texting is probably better deciphered.

Mail box quotas are not handled by XP but by whomever is "managing"

the mail box at the place your are sending the msg.

Also, you should "phrase" the messages correctly and not us SMS or

chat style.

Hi all, sorry for all the confusion, let me rephrase myself. There is

sometime when I send email(from home) to someone(ie. company account), I rx

rebound email msg minutes later from the recipient side stating that his

email mailbox quota has exceeded. Where else recently when I sent to another

person(also company account), I only rx similar rebound email almost 3 days

later stating the same problem ! My question is why the 1st case take only

few minutes but the 2nd case take several days to respond back ? Thnks for

all the reply again !

This "rebound" still is with the "destination" person's email account

and their ISP's email server system. Ther are several different email

server systems and each are configured differentlt so this is still

not a problem based from Windows XP.
