Windows could not load installer for Image

I recently installed an Epson CX7400 on my XP system. The printer and

scanner portions worked for about 2 weeks. Then one day when I turned on my

computer the scanner portion no longer was operable although the printer was

fine. After contacting Epson and uninstalling and reinstalling several

times, I still have no scanner that works. Device Manager shows a conflict.

Epson says it's a computer issue. Dell says its a software issue. Anyone

have any ideas?
