application popup: explorer.exe

Has anyone fixed this problem on a Windows 2003 R2 server? Each time you

login or remote into the box it, it always gets these popups?

Application popup: explorer.exe - Application Error : The instruction at

"0x10004160" referenced memory at "0x10004160". The memory could not be

"read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Thanks

Jeff

Hello Jeff,

Best regards
