Redirected Printer - Number of Trays incorrect

Hi

Have two Lexmark T640 printers, set up on the domain controller.

The printers have 3 trays. From the dc, I can see the 3 trays. When a user

logs into terminal services, he can only see one tray. Any idea what would

cause this?
