When I pull up the Properties of My Computer on a Server 2003 box,

there's nothing to say whether it's R2 or not. Is there a way to tell

from the GUI that it's R2?

I think if you install 2003 R2, but cancel the prompt for CD2 (the R2

components), then it remains a 'normal' 2003 install, even if you used the

product key for 2003 R2. Confusing, at best.

Yes, I think this is the situation we're in. And it seems even if you

add the R2 stuff later, it doesn't change.
