Hi

My computer is no longer working i have tried everything but no good, si i

am hoping to just reload win xp but unfortunaely i cannot find cd. i have the

product key as i stored that away safely but cd gone missing.

My question is how do i solve this

Is there ant way to download the xp cd

No

If its a retail edion & you can prove purchase MS can supply a new cd

If its OEM its back to that supplier

Or borrow the *exact same version* of win and install using your key

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's

manufacturer.

Since you have the product key, if you have a retail edition of XP try

Bruce's link even if you don't have proof of purchase. If you have a retail

copy of XP a friend who also has a retail copy of XP can let you use his cd.
