IE7 and Firefox unable to access a website on a certain computer

I am getting the following message "The website declined to show this

webpage" when I try to access a webpage on my computer. This same webpage

will display on another computer that I logon to with the same user

credentials.

 

My question is, is there any thing that could be blocking this webpage from

displaying on my computer and not on another computer?

 

Both PC are on the same network, personal firewall is disabled because

corporate firewall is active.

I've seen an add blocker addon for IE but not sure if it also applies to

Firefox as well, I don't know that that software is so can't give more details

I've checked both IE and Firefox options to find out if they can block

certains sites but I can't find any thing that would
