Internet Blocking

I downloaded Internet Lock 5.1 (Trial Version). It works great at blocking

IE and Firefox, but you can get around it by going to Start --> Search -->

Search the Internet (on the bottom left of the screen). I can't figure out

how to block this, any help would be appreciated.

Use User Accounts instead, with passwords, and deny them access there.
