Windows Live Photo Gallery refuses to import photos

Getting support for this stuff is hard...help.live.com is pretty much useless.

 

I think there is a bug in Windows Live Photo Gallery, I just got a Nikon S210, and each time I try to import files, I get an error like this...

Now, with Windows Photo Gallery ( the app that comes with Vista) it imports just fine, but tagging support sucks compared to Live Photo Gallery.*Copying the pictures using explorer works fine too, but that doesn't allow tagging as well.

 

Anyone know how to get a bug report right to the right people. I've tried live feedback, their contact on their blog....

 

Or is there something I could possibly doing wrong...I would doubt it but I guess it isn't impossible.

 

Now that this product doesn't work for me, anyone have any other suggestions, any good import tools?
