Error message

Hi, I am using XP2 and in the last week every time I log on I get this message:

 

"hpqimzone.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

 

Process id=0xb88 (2952), Thread id=0xbb8 (3000)

 

Click OK to terminate the application

Click Cancel to debug the application

 

How can I fix this please? Very many thanks. Trish

their website and download the latest version of their software or contact
