vista

Hi All

Im new to this site and hope i have got the right thread.

Problem i have is with vista.

I purchase a recon computer from PC World over a year ago and now the system is corrupted and would like to reformat the computer.

I beleve the vista program is running over the top of windows XP but i do not know how to delete vista "do not vista disc" so i can then reformat the hard drive with windows XP.

(vista home basic) Im useing my old computer to send the thread.

My first question is does the COA sticker on the computer say Vista or XP?
