Softgrid sound issues

We're trying to run some games for kids to use in our school ts labs. When we

use softgrid to run the games the video is very smooth but we cannot get any

sound. Right now we are in test mode, the hardware i am using for the server

and for the sequencer is identical. When i sequence the game from the console

I get sound in the "launch app" step of sequencing. The only other tip i was

able to find was to sequence the game through a ts connection when i do this

there is no sound in the "launch app" step of sequencing.

 

Any help would be great.
