Hi to all!

We´ve a problem to map the HP 4700 printer from Terminal Server.

We have a printer server with printers and the clients computers can map all

the printers. Then they connect to terminal server and all the printers that

were maped in the client computer appear in the terminal server session. All

the printers except the HP 4700 model. I´ve requested assistance to HP

support department but they say me that they don´t give support of terminal

server.

Please can I hep me with this issue?

Thanks in advance,

David

What do you see in the server's event logs? You ought to see the reason it

wasn't redirected. Make sure your users have the latest RD client

installed - and I suggest you repost (with the event log info, etc), in

microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services. Since this is TS, you do *not*

just want to install drivers willy-nilly....that can leave you with a highly

unstable server.
