hardware for Windows 2003 DC

Hi,

We currently have 2 Windows 2003 DCs running. We would like to replace one

of them because the server is old and out of warranty and would to know what

kind of hardware do you recommend. We like raid 1 with extra power supply and

4gb ram. We have 2000 users. What do you recommend?

Thanks,

Ricky

Re: hardware for Windows 2003 DC

Meinolf,

Thx for the prompt reply. However, I'm looking for a better, more solid

server and redundencies, such as power supplies, raid. This server is also a

DNS, GC server. what do you recommend in this environment?

Thanks,

Ricky

Hello Ricky,

If you have only one zone it is no problem. Also GC does not need more then

this configuration.

Best regards
