Server 2008 TS CALs used on 2000

I know it's possible to downgrade from 2008 TS CALs to be used on 2000.

Could anyone help on how to obtain them and install them on a 2000 server?

I've already added them onto our eOpen portal.

No.

You can not install Win2K8 TS CALs on a Win2K License Server.
