Create profile problem (again)

In past days I posted this problem but nothing response.

Please I need help.!!

I have two TS with 2003 domain environment (with one SBS 2003 as DC), and in

one of the TS servers I need to create the \WINDOWS folder inside of the

users profile.

One aplication that I installed in the TS server need to use de related

\WINDOWS folder in each user profile for put your config files inside.

I delete and recreate the users profiles in several ways but never appears

the \WINDOWS folder in the user profile.

Only this folder appear if log-on (and create new profile) in TS server with

users that have the domain administrators rigths (not for local

administrators in TS server) profile and the aplication only can run whits

this users.

With one copy of the folder (\WINDOWS) from one administrator user the

aplication d'snt run, and I know that is not the correct way.

I need create this folder for all the "normal" users (without administrative

privilegies) that log-on in the TS server.

In case I copy the folder \WINDOWS from administrator profile to the default

user profile, the folder \WINDOWs appear without problems in the profile of

all new users, but the application seems that not have correct access.

I need to understand why the administrators profiles creation make this

folder and how, and the differences with comun users folder creation.

Please I need a little of help, or some light to solve the problem.

Thanks in advance.

Jose.

Use a batch file login script to create the folder and assign it via group

policy.
