Every day from 9.45 till 9 'o clock the file server has a really bad perfomance. When i take a look at the server i notice that the cpu load is 100% and the server work Queues is about 4000!!!!!!!!!!!! I already removed all pst files.. Windows 2003 sp1 VMware esx 3.0

I forgot to say that i've already done that. The process is the Server service. The server stores profiles, homedirs en userdata. Concurrent user= +/- 1600 Is seems to have an relation with the logon time. Data is stored at an EMC san.
