Server Work Queues

Hi,

 

I've a problem with a windows 2003 file server.

Every day from 9.45 till 9 'o clock the file server has a really bad

perfomance. When i take a look at the server i notice that the cpu

load is 100% and the server work Queues is about 4000!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I already removed all pst files..

 

Windows 2003 sp1

VMware esx 3.0

When you look in the task manager, under "processes" you should be able to

see what is taking the time.

I forgot to say that i've already done that. The process is the Server

service.

The server stores profiles, homedirs en userdata. Concurrent user= +/-

1600

Is seems to have an relation with the logon time. Data is stored at an

EMC san.
