Roaming profiles - rename force to use updated name?

Hi

 

We have reciently had a member of staff marry and we have changed their

username to their new name.

 

We have two problems:

 

1 - We base a lot of file locations within the user profile on the name.

The contents of the profile is downloaded but the old profile name is used,

therefore the file locations are incorrect. We need to delete the profile

from each machine that they have previously logged onto - which is not

ideal!

 

2 - Once we have deleted the profile from the workstation and logged them

on, outlook cannot find the OST file.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated on how to force the workstaion to

download the new profile name and realign the ost automatically.
