Apologizes if this is a repeat but i am unable to find my thread from wednesday !.

A friend's son [10yrs old] downloaded iMESH onto their PC, something to do with music.

Its does not appear to be very friendly and they whish to remove it from their PC.

I have looked at this for them and find that the normal add/remove system does not work as the program remains. Finding the files and removing them does not work either--so far.

Checking the internet this appears to be a common problem with many people and any cure found looks very very long winded and complcated ?.

Can any member please assist with this problem ?

Many thanks in anticipation.

Dear iMesh user,

To resolve your uninstalling problem, first make sure the program is installed correctly:

Re-Install the latest version of iMesh from www.iMesh.com

After all the components were installed, the un-installation process should be successful.

To uninstall iMesh, please go to:

'C:\Program Files\iMesh Applications\iMesh' and double click on 'UNWISE'.

If the uninstall process still didn't run properly, please do the following:

1. Locate 'C:\Program Files\iMesh Applications' and delete the folder.

2. Locate 'C:\Documents and Settings\<your user>\Application Data\iMesh' and delete it.

*If you are running Vista or Windows 7 as your OS, you will only need to complete step 1.

3. Unzip the attached zip file 'RemoveIMkeys.zip' to your desktop,

4. Double click 'RemoveIMkeys.reg' and agree to add those keys to registry.

(In Windows Vista, you need to right-click on the iMesh icon and click 'Run as administrator')

To re-install iMesh, download the latest version of from http://www.iMesh.com/

Note: In case you have a subscription with iMesh, uninstalling the iMesh application does NOT cancel your subscription.

If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact us, while

including the exact error message that you are receiving.
