Vista Custom Install & 'windows.old' Programs Repair & Use

Had to do*a Vista custom reinstall.

 

Would like to use the programs that have been archived in the Windows.Old folders.

 

Since they are not coming up on the current Programs there is no option to Repair or Change.

 

Would prefer NOT to reinstall everything if there is a way to use them directly from the Windows.Old archive.

 

Some of the*simple,*smaller ones were able to be used by clicking on the exe or application directly - but the larger more complex ones (such as the Microsoft programs) were not the easy.

 

Is there a way to use them without reinstalling them.

 

Is there a way to make them show up in the PROGRAMS.
