"How To Prevent Domain Group Policies from Applying to Administrator

Accounts and Selected Users in Windows Server 2003"

 

This seems only to apply to servers with AD - our server is configured as

part of a simple workgroup. How can I achieve this in our configuration ?

locking down the Administrator account?
